IeumCare began in an analysis file, not in a pitch slogan. I narrowed a problem found in healthcare data into a service proposal, then tried to keep the code, business plan and presentation pointed at the same question.
A document recording an external competition result survives. The exact classification and official wording have not been checked against the source, so I make no claim here about prize level or rank. I also have no verified evidence of later operation, users or revenue.
The proposal had to remain inside the evidence
An analysis does not become a service merely by adding interface screens. I had to decide whose problem was actually in scope and prevent the proposal from promising more than the data could support. Most of the work lay in aligning the problem statement, method, proposed functions and pitch sequence.
The surviving package includes analysis code, a business plan and presentation material. The application and consent forms contain personal information, while the analysis and product plan include material that was never released. This note therefore describes the working connection without publishing figures or reproducing the slides.
The source document must set the award wording
A filename or an old hand-off summary is not enough to establish the weight of a competition result. Until the preserved document and the official result are compared directly, the public claim stops at the existence of an external-result record.
What can be said now is that a data analysis was carried into a competition-ready proposal package. Whether it became an operating service, attracted users or developed into a business remains unanswered.
