The publishing system works. The public archive that readers can use does not yet exist.
A domain and a set of drafts do not amount to a launch. The current outcome is an internal system behind a Coming Soon page.
What exists now
I built an evidence ledger that groups work by lineage and a board that orders publication. The archive also has Korean and English drafts, a taxonomy, privacy and rights audits, and Gutenberg validation.
What does not count yet
The site has not formally launched. There are no verified readers, inquiries, collaborations, or citations. Preview views and draft counts measure activity, not reader value.
The merge decision
I will not count the build as a separate success case before launch. If real reader signals appear later, I will decide whether it merits a retrospective or belongs inside the Start Here production record.

Activity: information architecture, evidence ledger, bilingual editing, site and publishing-system build
Internal evidence: domain, site state, drafts, taxonomy, policy and validation records
External validation: domain and Coming Soon state only; no reader response
Final outcome: unlaunched; zero public posts and zero verified reader outcomes
Withheld: evidence folders, source paths, conversations, email, unpublished research and personal data
