The second CADI Open IT Seminar, CADINAR, opened at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, 28 March 2015, in D.CAMP’s sixth-floor multipurpose hall. An OnOffMix capture made two days earlier names Byungwoong Yoo as the page’s 모임 개설자—the person who created the event listing.
At the time of that capture, the page showed 110 registrations against a capacity of 155, with nobody waiting. A Yeungnam University notice published the following year recalled that the second event had drawn about 150 people and three speakers. Those figures describe different moments, so I have kept them separate.

CADINAR was an open seminar within the CADI programme, which in turn sat under CODE FACTORIAL. It was an event series, not a separate organisation. The surviving poster arranged talks from planning, software development and design around the theme “Convergence View.”
I described my work at the time as planning and running the event. An internal running order also begins with an address by CODE FACTORIAL representative Byungwoong Yoo and the opening of the second seminar. The public evidence supports a narrower statement: the archived official listing identifies me as its 모임 개설자. It does not document the full division of work among the organising team.
Why 110, 155 and about 150 are not interchangeable
The archived registration page records 110 applicants and a capacity of 155 two days before the event. The 2016 university notice describes about 150 attendees when looking back on the second seminar. The first two are registration-page fields; the last is a later account of attendance.
I therefore do not turn 110 into a final attendance count or 155 into the number of people in the room. What the sources establish is that the seminar happened, involved three speakers, and was remembered by the next year’s organiser as an event of roughly 150 people.
A series that continued
OnOffMix still carries listings for a third seminar in 2016 and a fourth in 2017. They show that CADINAR continued beyond the event documented here. They do not establish my role in those later editions, and I make no such claim.
Keeping the claim inside the record
The public poster does not name individual organisers, and no public duty roster has been recovered. “Founder of CADINAR,” “sole organiser” and “designer of the entire programme” would all go beyond the evidence. A participant spreadsheet also survives, but it contains personal data and has not been used for screenshots or statistics.
There is no verified record here of revenue, adoption or long-term community impact. The result I can document is more precise: the second CADINAR took place, its scale and speaker count appear in a later institutional notice, and the contemporary registration page connects one defined role directly to my name.
