What changes when a transcriptomic reversal is corrected against the right control before docking enters the decision?
Work completed so far
I withdrew the mock-stage framing, rebuilt the analysis around real-data correction, and audited the docking step.
Current state
The work is transitioning between publication routes. Internal negative results are not presented as a conclusion.
