How to read an entry
I link the paper, official correction, dataset, or other public record when one exists. Drafts, tests, and sent emails can show what I did, but I do not count them as the result. If a project produced no outside result, I say so.
Before a post goes live, I check it for personal information, private correspondence, confidential review material, and anything I do not have the right to republish.
