A paper counts as published when the journal record shows it. A data correction counts when the provider confirms the change or the revised file shows it. Drafts, code, tests, and sent messages remain evidence of the work; they do not prove that it reached an outside result. I apply the same test to awards, users, adoption, and revenue.
Evidence
Dates, figures, and current status link to primary sources whenever possible, including papers, DOI records, institutional notices, and public datasets. Archived source material may be used to verify an account, but private records are not reproduced.
Publication boundaries
I do not publish personal information, private statements from others, confidential peer-review material, unpublished source data, or files whose rights do not permit redistribution. Public availability and permission to republish are checked separately. Unless an entry says otherwise, site text is All rights reserved.
Tools
I use search, code, automation, and generative-AI tools where they help. I name a tool when it changes how the work should be read or reproduced. I checked the evidence behind each post and take responsibility for what appears here.
When an outcome or status changes, I update the verification date and correction record.
