Vero evaluator를 고친 뒤에도 HOLD를 유지한 이유
Vero Unicode와 Combined 작업에서 evaluator 수정, 같은 호스트 재실행, 의존성 감사까지 마쳤지만 외부 작업자 재현과 maintainer 확인은 없다. 그래서 버그 인정이나 공식 점수를 주장하지 않고 HOLD로 남겼다.
